The wedding BBQ could make up part of a Family-style dinner service, or could fit into a food station-style evening snack bar, we’ve even catered ultra-relaxed wedding parties where the BBQ buffet is the main event. We can source, marinate and present an array of pasture-raised meats, sustainable seafood and locally produced organic salads…
BUFFET & PICNIC
No-one does a buffet quite like Hong Kong does, and this is your chance to have Chef Tom design your own ultimate buffet to satisfy everyone’s tastes and to perfectly fit your venue- local seafood & champagne for a beachfront reception or traditional British -style picnic hampers for Victoria peak rose garden. Depending on how you want things to look, we can suggest a variety of presentation styles.
In fact, if you love the smoky flavor but don’t have an outdoor space, we can still help you- we can incorporate BBQ items, Picnic food or Buffets into any of our bespoke menus.
