All our dishes are labelled with preparation instructions, a list of ingredients and the date the dish was prepared.
Storage
Chilled dishes
- Keep refrigerated until ready to heat and eat
- Dishes are best eaten within three days of their ‘made’ date
- If you plan to eat your chilled dish later, we recommend you freeze it
Frozen dishes
- Store frozen
- Defrost before heating – overnight in the refrigerator is ideal
- Defrosted dishes should be eaten within three days
- Don’t refreeze a meal after defrosting

Preparation
Some of our dishes go in the oven, because we want the cheese to melt or the edges to crisp-up, others go in the microwave, which is brilliant at keeping the nutrients and flavour in the ingredients.

Nutritional information
We create healthy, balanced meals with the assistance of our consultant nutritionist.
The best way to bring out the flavour of pure, clean food is with a little sea salt in our cooking, and by insisting only on olive oil and ghee for sauteing. We also dehydrate our own fruits and vegetables, make our own stocks and sauces, and always think about how to pass on the best benefits of the food to our customers – such as pairing nutritious ingredients with healthy fats, which allows the body to absorb more of the natural goodness.
