We are taking responsible-dining to a whole new level with the launch of our 100% plant-based Green canapes menu.


Chef Tom has been busy putting the final touches, or should we say garnishes, to our ‘Goodness Gracious’ Green canapes. Bound to delight the palate of  committed flexible diners , those with food allergies or the most ardent meat-eater!

Tempting vegan delicacies include:

  • -Home-made vegan cheese and pineapple jam tartlette. Created from the healthy and ‘zero-waste’ core of the pineapple. Paired with vegan cheese created in-house from a marriage of ingredients including cashew nuts, agar-agar and coconut oil…
  • -The Vegan ‘Scotch egg’; a plant-based nod to the traditional English picnic bite, made with the innovative pork alternative, Omnipork, and stuffed with the new eggless-alternative, Just Egg
  • -Smoked tomato tartare; made from the juiciest local tomatoes freshly-picked from the local organic farms


Invisible Kitchen is committed to serving up sustainable solutions with flair and panache!  Chef Tom explains, “Since Invisible Kitchen launched in Hong Kong five years ago, we have been passionate about delivering catering that is as great for the planet as it is for the palate.  We are proud to be offering a 100% plant-based menu which will satisfy the taste buds without harming the environment.  We believe in doing business better. Therefore we want to provide Hong Kong with an option for catering that does not cost the earth.”

Our Green Policy

Our environmental efforts don’t stop there.  With the earth-friendly chefs at  Invisible Kitchen you can also be safe inowing that …

  • -Water is filtered, bottled and ‘fizzed’ in-house, in re-usable, glass bottles
  • -Tomatoes, herbs and micro greens are grown at the Invisible Kitchen warehouse
  • -Other fruit and veg is sourced from local HK and organic farms
  • -We only use sustainable seafood, certified by WWF as ‘Ocean-Friendly’. Also,we are a member of the Hong Kong Sustainable Seafood Coalition, working for a sustainable future for our seafood
  • -All ‘disposable’ tableware is compostable (bagasse, cornstarch/PLA ‘bioplastic’)
  • -We offer reusable tableware to avoid the need for single-use items altogether
  • -We have audited and reduced our internal use of single-use plastic
  • -Deliveries are packed in re-usable cooler bags
  • -We have an ongoing mission to reduce, re-use and we recycle our waste
  • -There are plant-based & Vegetarian options on all our menus
  • -We are supporting Green Monday and promoting plant-based choices
