Hong Kong Personal Christmas
Notes from the Chef Archives - Invisible Kitchen on December 20, 2012
This was our first Christmas offering delivery of roasted turkeys and full traditional Christmas dinners, as well as all the trimming available separately- Duck fat-roasted potatoes, braised red cabbage, range of stuffing, cranberry and apple sauce, UK Cumberland pigs-in-blankets, all-natural red wine jus, and not everyone’s favourite: sprouts (with bacon and chestnuts).
We received many thank-you messages from new and existing customers who enjoyed our cooking over the Christmas break, helping to make the season a little more relaxing for them.

Clockenflap Music Festival brought Primal Scream and De La Soul to West Kowloon this December, and Hong Kong Personal Chef had a stall with a view- serving Organic roast Beef sandwiches to festival-goers over a wet weekend by the harbour.
We teamed up with Meatmarket.hk to supply the organic Australian outback beef and organic chickens while we looked after the cooking side of things- roasting and making lots of our natural gravy.
Although the weather put a lot of people off coming, those who did come out had a great time, and no-one left hungry!

Tom's food is of the highest quality and a welcome relief from the usual fodder I used to buy. His service is first class offering home or office delivery to suit your schedule and means I now have a convenient stress free way of eating healthily every week. He changes the menu every week so I don't get bored either, in fact, I look forward to seeing what new creations or old favorites are on the coming week's menu. I would highly recommend Tom's service to anyone living in Hong Kong

I first used Tom's services on the recommendation of a friend here in Hong Kong. I was looking for good quality meals but didn’t have the time to cook. Myself and partner now use Tom on a regular basis to take the burden out of cooking in the week. The convenience is very high and the meals heat very well indeed. Lobster and prawn risotto is a must and the salmon and pea papperdelle is amazing. In summary this service perfectly suits fast paced Honk Kong living and gives you more time to do the things you like whilst enjoying high quality food sourced from Norway, Australia, US & UK. I would highly recommend him an...
